The Friendliest Place You'll Ever Find

We have stayed here twice within a two month period. The hotel is immaculate and it's location on the intra-coastal provides gorgeous sunrises and beautiful sunsets. The staff rates as top shelf in friendliness. There is something unique about this place that you feel when you stay there. Kudos to the entire staff that made our stay so pleasant, John and Betsy have done it right and we will be back!

We live in Jupiter, Florida. When we have too many guests visiting at the same time, we send them (friends and family) to the Jupiter Waterfront Inn. Located on a busy highway, but surprisingly quiet, AND right on the water. Beautiful, clean, reliable.. every time.

 

Delightful "Inn" and Staff -- I Keep Returning!

I have had the occasion to stay at the Jupiter Waterfront Inn on four occasions (my daughter recently gave birth to my first grandchild and we are several hours away).  From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms are large with either one or two queens with a patio (my preference) or balcony with views of the Intracoastal and pool. Each room also has a small refrigerator and some have storage for snacks, etc., which is especially nice if staying for several days. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning works great (important for the warm months in Florida). A continental breakfast is served each morning with muffins, cereal, juice, coffee and tea (coffee available 24 hours). This is really a lovely place with reasonable prices. I've even stayed alone on a couple of occasions and feel extremely safe. Really can't say enough good things about the Jupiter Waterfront Inn! Would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Jupiter area.

 

Never Experienced Such a High Level of Customer Service

On a recent business trip to the area I stayed at your hotel.  Traveling as a single white female at be daunting at times.  Your staff made me feel safe and welcome.  I travel a lot and have never experienced such a high level of customer service.  I typically stay at a higher price point hotel so was very surprised!  Sara and David were great - really went above and beyond.  You also have a great location!

Following a long drive from the DC area, we spent the entire day exploring the Florida coast. Fell in love with the Jupiter area and decided to spend a night to savor the flavor. Options in Palm Beach were pricey. A random search (thank you iPad) led us to the Jupiter Waterfront Inn. Welcoming website, helpful staff and great location! Friendly faces, spectacular view, gorgeous weather, and a convenient continental breakfast. Such a pleasant surprise overall! We'd like to thank David and Sarah for all the personal touches, and would highly recommend the Inn to others who'd like a homey "boutique" experience in lieu of a big-name resort. Wow! Keeping this little gem in our rolodex :) Room Tip: Great water views from all rooms :)

 

Perfect Place to Relax and Have Fun with the Grandchildren

This is an absolute wonderful gem on the Intracoastal of Fl. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff very helpful especially David. When we needed directions to someplace David got us there without any confusion. We decided to order pizza one night to be delivered and again David recommended one and it was delicious. Everything is fairly close by, restaurants, shopping, sightseeing.  The pool and grounds were spotless. My grandchildren had never been to Fl and had such a wonderful time. It will be something they will never forget and the entire staff helped to make it so.  I WILL be coming back here again, soon I hope. It truly was a wonderful trip.

 

Small, Lovely, Friendly

This is my 2nd stay, visiting family in the area. This is a small non-chain hotel, and is very low-key with a super friendly staff. Not only is the staff friendly, the guests seem friendly too. We spoke to quite a few folks around the pool and at breakfast, just a nice, comfy vibe. Good pool and hot tub. Very comfy beds. Our rooms had mini-fridge and sink, but no coffee pot. However, the hotel offers free breakfast every morning (cold cereal, oatmeal, muffins, fruit juice) and coffee and tea all day/night long in their lobby. Ask at the front desk if you need a hair dryer or porta-crib (we used both). Lobby has a PC and printer available for guests (perfect for printing out your return-trip boarding passes). Did I mention how clean everything is? I am amazed at how well kept this hotel is: room, lobby, pool, grounds all immaculate! I wouldn't dream of staying at any of the area chain hotels when this place is so good.

 

Fantastic Family Gathering Place

From the moment we spoke with Sarah at the desk to the moment we checked out, our visit at Jupiter Waterfront was fantastic. Sarah was very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. We had planned a birthday celebration for two family members. Sarah went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us to get the rooms decorated before the birthday guests arrived. Every time we saw her, she was cleaning or refilling the breakfast bar or replacing the apples that are offered guest 24/7. She was caring too. She even let us bore her with our family photos and showed great interest. Our family has been staying there for 15 or 20 years. It is so clean you could eat off the lobby floors. The rooms are very spacious and well kept. I can't wait to go back there again and stay. The only word I can think to describe it all is "Fantastic". Try it, you will love it!

 

Superior and Beautiful Inn

What an awesome place to stay. Not your typical! Gorgeous views of the intracoastal and Jupiter Island with beautiful, bright, clean rooms with jacuzzis, mexican tile, and did I mention super clean. Upscale beachy atmosphere, decor, and architecture. We watched the boats and pelicans passing by for hours from the terrace and from the jacuzzi. Continental breakfast- quality coffee, delicious bakery muffins, fruit, juice, etc. The view of the sun rising above Jupiter Island was breathtaking. The pool with spa overlooking the intracoastal clean, warm, and relaxing. Minutes to Jupiter beach and several great restaurants, nightclubs, and shopping. Our desk clerk David was as great as the rest of the place - courteous, helpful, friendly. This place deserves 10 stars. Very highly recommended.

 

A True Gem in an Awesome Setting

Everything others have written is true about this wonderful place. The ideal location directly on the Intercoastal with the incredible wildlife overhead is worth the price of admission. Plus the true hospitality of Sara and Dennis and the GM make for a wonderful stay. I met folks who stay there every year for several weeks at a time, that is how loyal people become to the Inn. I, myself, have already booked it to stop by again on my way back from Miami later in the month.

What a lovely hotel. The location right on the water's edge is not to be missed, especially with all the wildlife; so just sit at the end of the dock, watch the world go by and try not to fall asleep and tumble into the water. Spotlessly clean, great rooms with terrace or balcony and all the facilities you need for comfort. It has a heated pool and hot tub that were meticulously cleaned every day (I saw them doing it) with very clean pool towels as you need - and how unusual is that?  In fact anything you needed was provided unquestionably with a smile. Dennis and Sarah-Jane were perfect hosts and so helpful that it made our stay very relaxing. We thought that because it is on the roadside, for easy access, it would be noisy but we were wrong. So really there are no downsides, only that we couldn't stay longer! Try The Crab House for dinner, although you have a little drive there.

We stayed this past weekend for my brothers wedding and can't stop talking about this great hotel. The rooms were very large, comfortable and quiet. We could not believe what beautiful views and excellent service we got for so little money. Sara at the front desk asked our names on the first day and every day greeted us (and everyone in our group) by them all weekend. Highly recommend this Inn for family gatherings or just a weekend away.

My Husband and I got married in Jupiter and booked 22 rooms for the wedding party. Every single person complimented us on our great hotel choice. Continental breakfast and coffee station were great, intercoastal view was spectacular, and front desk service was impeccable. Sara was kind and helpful through out the reservation process and through our guest stay. We received many complements on how dedicated and kind Sara was to everyone. We highly recommend the Jupiter Waterfront Inn to anyone who is traveling to the area.

The in-room jacuzzi, mini refrigerator and large flat screen TV with a balcony overlooking the pool and intercoastal helped make this room feel more like a resort than a motel! The friendly staff, especially Sarah Jane made us feel like all of our needs were met. Betsy and her team made the outside looked perfectly manicured like a high end hotel. Convenient location too. We were staying there as a part of a group for a wedding in the area, but we intend to make this part of our routine when we go to Jupiter!

I am a native to the area but I have been living in VA for the past 2 years. All of my friends feel exactly the same way I do about the Jupiter Waterfront Inn, it is by far the best of everything with very reasonable rates. The location itself is as good as it gets, overlooking the beautiful intracoastal with it's crystal clear water. They have a nice long dock where I believe you can dock your boat for those weekend fishing trips, it is about a 15 minute run to the beautiful Atlantic and the Gulf Stream is only about 4 miles offshore which has great fishing. The staff are very professional, Dennis and Sara at the front desk are great people who work hard and will make you feel right at home no matter how busy they are!! It is pet friendly under 25lbs. The pool and hot tub were great, well maintained and crystal clear just like the salt water intracoastal. The rooms are modern and spacious, I suggest everyone get the upgrade with the spa in the room, either to relax or watch the big flat screen in style as you get a massage from the jets. Excellent restaurants are all within a 15 minute drive at the farthest and a great tiki bar within walking distance. All in all I rate the Jupiter Waterfront Inn with a 9.9 out of 10 and I recommend it to everyone.

My husband and I traveled to the Jupiter area to look for a second home and probably a place to retire to in the future. I found the Jupiter Waterfront Inn on-line, was quoted an unbelievable rate and kept my fingers crossed that I would be happy. You never know what you'll get! We arrived Thursday afternoon and we were greeted by Dennis - so friendly and such a happy person! We were so pleased with our room - first floor, sliders opened to the pool, and very clean!! Each morning the Inn offered Free continental breakfast - coffee, tea, juice, muffins, oatmeal, and a selection of cold cereal. Very nice! We had a refrigerator in our room so it was easy to purchase snacks and beverages at the local food store and keep them in the room. One night we needed to use the microwave in the lobby area and Dennis asked us if we wanted a microwave in our room! We didn't need it, but it was very nice to be asked! There is a computer and printer in the lobby that we used to print our boarding passes - no fee!!! This is a small place - 38 rooms. We were so lucky to find it and get a reservation for 3 nights...and enjoy everything about the facility.

Beautiful property, comfortable (and extremely clean) rooms, excellent staff, fine attention to detail and perfect location for getting to any local "attractions" (beach, shops, grocery, restaurants, etc.) While sitting on the dock one afternoon, we even got a visit from a couple of manatees. Wonderful!!

What a fabulous hotel! We stayed there for 4 nights with our two children, ages 5 and 3. Everything is in pristine condition at all times. Feels very clean, safe, and welcoming. The entire staff was wonderful as well. From the cleaning staff, to the pool staff, and especially the front desk staff. Dennis is who we dealt with the most, and i can't say enough good things about him. They all have wonderful personalities and will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. It was the most relaxing vacation we have had in a while. Highly recommend.

Hidden Gem -- Excellent Value!

Sitting right on the Intracoastal near Jupiter Island, the Jupiter Waterfront Inn reminds me of the family-owned Florida hotels of my childhood. It has apparently recently been renovated and while it is obviously older (and has exterior hallway entrances), it was nicely updated and spotlessly clean. Most rooms open directly onto the pool and the second floor has balconies. There is also private dock out over the intracoastal waterway and good dining nearby (Pepe's is a local favorite). If you're looking for a quiet, relaxed, well-priced play to stay, Jupiter Waterfront Inn is an excellent choice. Very close to Jonathan Dickinson State Park, Hobe Sound Wildlife Refuge and just over the bridge from public beaches on Jupiter Island and The Nature Conservancy's Blowing Rocks Preserve.

Warm Welcome, Family Feel

A large number of my family and friends stayed at the Waterfront Inn at the end of February - we had nine rooms for four days. Everyone had a really good time and all have commented very favorably about the hotel, its facilities, and especially about the warm welcome they received and the comfortable family feel of the entire experience. Everyone was especially complimentary about your front desk manager. She worked closely with my wife and me in the preparations for this family celebration and provided exceptional support and service throughout the entire visit. She really did go that extra mile and is an excellent representative for your hotel. Not only was she helpful, cheerful and well organized, but she did everything she could to make everyone's time at the Waterfront Inn enjoyable and memorable.

Rises to the Level of a Zen Experience

These folks took this small mom and pop type place and perfected it. It's not a resort or luxury hotel. It is what it is. But, what it is... is perfect. It is spotlessly clean, everything seems freshly painted. I noted no deferred maintenance whatsoever. No stains, rust, rotted wood or damaged pool furniture. Even the fish pier was good enough to walk on barefoot without getting a splinter. Our room had nice views of the inland waterway. It came equipped with a flat screen t.v., mini fridge, free Wi Fi, table, couch, two queen beds, good hot water with good pressure and a nice little balcony overlooking the pool area. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, polite and professional. There is a free continental breakfast each morning. The lawn and shrubs on the relatively small grounds are manicured with care. I really could not expect a hotel of this size to be any better at what they do. They set a standard that all others should aspire to.

 

In Tip Top Condition

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting friends in Jupiter. The view of the Intracoastal is such a pleasant surprise when one enters the room. The room is very neat and large enough for a sofa and small fridge and table and chairs. The dock is a great bonus, and the pool and hot tub are very clean, as is the deck surrounding the pool. You can see that the owners are meticulous people. We were helped to the second floor with our bags upon check-in. The staff is very friendly and anxious to please, and welcoming. I borrowed some twine from the front desk, and the woman there kindly went to a storage closet to search for it. Understand, this is not a luxury hotel. It is on a small parcel of land, and the furnishings are adequate and clean but not expensive. But it is a 2 1/2 star hotel, so does not purport to be more upscale than it is. However, it is very pleasant and you can't go wrong if you choose to stay here. It is actually in Tequesta in Martin County, just over the line from Jupiter.

After being snowed out of leaving sunny Jupiter, I was scrambling to find a place to stay and JWI came highly recommended from the locals and I can see why. I Hated to Leave

We were here for a six night stay and every day was a pleasant experience.... There were several of us between three rooms and the staff could not have been any nicer. We took advantage of the free passes to the gym (note the minimum age for this is 18) and even used the dock when we rented a boat and needed to make a "pit stop". The location is central to everything, beaches, state parks, shopping restaurants, etc. and the breakfast was more than adequate. This place is immaculate! Sara, Dennis and Ed were all so friendly and accommodating. Towels for the pool or even the beach if you needed them. Such a wonderful view every day and we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub every night... I don't think you will find a nicer place at such a wonderful price anywhere nearby. I would love to go back again!

We selected this hotel through an Internet search. We were impressed that all the reviews were positive. We certainly were not disappointed! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their recommendations for restaurants and shopping were great. Our second-floor room was spacious, well-appointed, very quiet and immaculate. The bed was comfortable, the mini-fridge was handy, the balcony was relaxing and the view was fantastic. The continental breakfast was very good, and the kitchen area was spotless. The hotel is just a short drive to access to the beach, and is conveniently located near good restaurants and shopping. We have reserved a room again for February, and can't wait to go back.

This Hotel is as Advertised. The Staff is Friendly and Helpful and Genuinely cares about your Comfort. The Grounds and Room were Very well Kept and Clean. The owners ... are hands on Owners and go out of their Way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. I booked online ... and the communication was prompt and professional. No Hassles whatsoever. When we arrived (staff) followed through to make sure our visit was as enjoyable as it could be. In short this place is the Real Deal.

 

Racers' Retreat

Steve and I, as well as the NASA drivers who were lucky enough to book a room at the Jupiter Waterfront Inn on Friday were truly impressed with your Inn and we thank you and your staff for your hospitality.  The beautiful jacuzzi room you provided us was a welcome retreat after a long day on the road and in preparation for our event at Palm Beach International Raceway the next day.  Our walk on the Waterfront Inn pier with a glass of wine followed by a dinner at the Italian restaurant Saggio's recommended by (the Inn Manager) made for a relaxing and restful evening.  Our early departure for the track on Saturday was made easier with hot coffee and breakfast set up more than a half hour early for our drivers.  Our compliments to you and your staff for an enjoyable stay and thank you for offering this racer discount to NASA members.

 

Absolutely the Best!

We just got home from our Second time staying at the BEST place to stay in Jupiter!!! We live in Tampa but love to go to Jupiter to fish... This place is the best we have found in Jupiter (have tried others previously) but will NEVER stay anywhere else again !! The location is GREAT, the rooms are WONDERFUL, and the staff is AWESOME ... went above and beyond for us.... So convenient for our trip, we tied the Boat and Sea Doo up right at the dock. Made the trip much nicer than having to deal w/ the boat ramp twice a day.... Again, I cannot begin to express how much we love it there and I truly believe you will also. I am a manager at a resort myself, please believe me. This place is the BEST in Jupiter!!! Can't wait to come back again before the summer is over. Will see you guys soon... Thanks again for the wonderful vacation !!!

 

One of our Favorite Places

I am not exaggerating when I say this was by far the most orderly, clean, well-maintained hotel room in which either of us has ever stayed. We had two very comfortable queen beds, a 42' plasma tv (which made Jimmy very happy!), a pull out couch, a "kitchenette area" with sink and mini-fridge, wood shades, a full sliding door opening onto the pool patio, and the bathroom - I have never seen such a perfect bathroom in a hotel!   The patio area, heated pool and jacuzzi were all perfectly in order and the courtyard was manicured with tropical plants and flowers and green, green grass. The dock was in great shape and the stairs down to the water's edge were nice to sit on and dangle my feet in the cool water.   I was absolutely SHOCKED to find that the Inn is 20 years old when I asked at the front desk! Everything looked brand new, as if the place was built within the year!!!   The staff  were quite friendly and informative, but equally impressive were the "regulars" who were staying there at the time. As soon as we opened the patio door and stepped outside, the guests down the way said hello, asked where we were from, talked to us about the area, and informed us that they were repeats for the past 20 years. We found this to be the usual story with everyone we spoke to during our 12 hour stay.   We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have decided that the Jupiter Waterfront Inn will be our weekend getaway whenever we have the time.

Recently I stayed at the Jupiter Waterfront Inn and found it to be a pleasant, quiet experience.  My room was clean and the housekeeping services were first rate.  Although I'd planned to stay only a night or two, my seasonal accommodations on Juno Beach were not up to snuff. Consequently I retreated to the Waterfront Inn until I could find a better place to spend the winter.  It was during this two-week stint that I came to know two of your employees... (Your staff) strove to make me feel at home and assured me that I'd have a room at a decent rate and for however long it took until the quandary regarding my winter living arrangement was resolved.  Also during my stay I found (that your staff) made sure the coffee was hot, strong and ready when I swooped down from my room in the early a.m. to fill my thermos before my run over at J. D. Park.  Sometimes a boss doesn't always have a chance to appreciate the effort of his employees.   Therefore as a paying customer I want you to know you can rest assured that (you have staff that) are... exceptional employees.  Their efforts on my behalf have ensured future visits by both myself and other friends who will be looking for a good place to stash their luggage.

Beautiful View!

We stayed here to be near family. The appearance of the hotel from the road (Route 1) simply doesn't do it justice. It appears small, but as you go towards the back of the hotel, it all opens up. And the view.... the hotel is on the Intracoastal Waterway, and our room looked out on the water and was just beautiful. There's both a pool and a jacuzzi (hot tub?) that overlook the water. Very very pretty.

What a nice place! The view is wonderful and the property is close to GREAT restaurants and shopping. The rooms are clean and well cared for. The property, which includes a great pool and jacuzzi are well cared for and very clean. Their employees are very helpful and pleasant.

Stayed near Jupiter in Tequesta at the Jupiter Waterfront Inn. Our room was one of the larger rooms we've ever had. A suite overlooking the Intracoastal with private balcony....was a steal! Room was VERY clean.  The staff were very, very friendly and answered any questions we had about anything.... The grounds were very well kept and had a private pier.... Plenty of boat parking if needed.

Stayed here for Spring Break with my 18 yr. old son and his buddy!!  Could not have picked a better place...we loved fishing from the hotel's own pier, caught a few fish!! Rooms were clean and updated... Help was always picking up and tidying the hotel grounds...everything was well kept... Front desk personnel were great!! The view of the Intracoastal was beautiful, could literally throw my fishing line in from my deck!! Minutes from beautiful beaches, shopping and fabulous restaurants... Highly recommended!!!

Room was exceptionally clean. My husband used to be an inspector for a national hotel chain - and that was his comment,.... The view is amazing. They are directly across from an undeveloped piece of land, so you are not looking at a condominium or such, you are looking at real Florida. The seat at the end of the pier would be nice for watching sunrise or an evening glass of wine. (Bring your own, we did.) The front desk staff was really nice.

This Inn was a wonderful little getaway. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly. The view from the rooms is awesome. Close to shopping, beaches and great restaurants.
